Where to buy THC flower online, and where the threads send you
In brief. “THC flower” is sold three ways: by state-licensed dispensaries, by online hemp shops and by local smoke or hemp shops. The words on the jar are often the same, but the product, the testing and the law behind each are not. We are an online hemp shop. What we sell is hemp THCA flower, and we say so.

About 24 states and the District of Columbia allow adult-use cannabis, by the National Conference of State Legislatures’ count of June 2025 (NCSL). Outside them, a dispensary is not an option for most buyers, which is why online hemp shops grew.
What the forum threads check
Threads asking where to buy THC flower online tend to settle on the same tests. They are sound ones:
- A lab report for the lot. Not a sample report, not last year’s. It should show total THC, which counts THCA (7 CFR 990.1).
- Reviews from people who received an order. Fake and bought reviews are banned under federal trade rules (16 CFR part 465), which does not stop all of them. We invite a review from every delivered order and never write our own.
- Someone who answers. A published number and hours, and a person on the line.
- Payment you can follow. Be wary of a seller that wants gift cards or untraceable transfers before anyone speaks to you. We take nothing on the website; an Operator telephones to agree payment with you.
Treat any one thread as one person’s experience. Check the lab report yourself.
The law, briefly
Federal law today counts only delta-9 THC when it defines hemp (7 U.S.C. 1639o). From Dec. 11, 2026, it counts total THC, THCA included (P.L. 119-37, sec. 781; date set by H.R. 6500). High-THCA flower then counts as marijuana under federal law, and the Postal Service does not carry controlled substances (USPS Publication 52). Several states already ban THCA or smokable hemp flower. We cannot tell you it is lawful where you live; check your state’s law before you order.

- The same few things come up: a lab report for the actual lot, reviews from people who received an order, a seller who answers the telephone, and payment methods you can dispute. Treat any single thread as one opinion.
- Will online THC flower shops still sell after Dec. 11, 2026?
- Not high-THCA hemp flower. From that date federal law counts THCA toward total THC, and such flower becomes marijuana under federal law. Licensed dispensaries are not affected by that change.
