Privacy at THC Flower Online

In brief: we keep what an order requires, we share it only with those who help deliver it, and we sell it to no one.

What we keep

• From your order: name, telephone, email, delivery address, preferred way to pay and the items ordered.
• From the telephone call: a brief record of what you and the Operator agreed.
• From the website: a cookie recording that you are 21 or over, a cookie holding your cart count, an account cookie if you sign in, and visit counts from Google Analytics when it is enabled for this site.

Why we keep it

So that we can ring you, see the order delivered, meet our tax duties and greet returning customers.

With whom it is shared

• The carrier or Local Representative who delivers the order.
• Our email delivery provider.
• Trustpilot, so that it can invite your review after delivery.

No one else receives it.

Offers by email

We send offers only if you tick the box to receive them, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Removing it

Write to us; we erase whatever the law permits and explain anything we are obliged to retain.
