Conditions of sale

These terms are short, and we ask that you read them once.

• Age. You must be 21 or over to use this website or to order.
• Orders. Sending an order buys nothing yet. It becomes a sale once an Operator confirms the items, price, delivery and payment with you by telephone. We may decline an order.
• Prices. In US dollars. A price may change until your order is confirmed.
• Stock. Held for you from the moment of confirmation.
• The product. Hemp THCA flower, described by its grade and, where we hold it, its Batch lab report. Buds vary in size and appearance.
• Your local law. We block no state. Whether THCA flower is lawful where you take delivery is for you to check.
• If something is wrong. Telephone us first. A wrong or damaged delivery is put right with you directly.
• December 11, 2026. A federal total-THC rule begins. Flower that does not comply leaves the menu, and unconfirmed orders for it are cancelled.
