THC flower near me: how an online order reaches your door

In brief. We have no counter you can walk up to, and we do not publish a page for each city. Wherever you are in the United States, the order works the same way: you send it online, an Operator telephones you, and the flower comes to your door. What we sell is hemp THCA flower, and your state’s law decides whether you may receive it.

Checked Oct. 4, 2026.

How the order reaches you

1. Select your flower. The half (8 oz) or the pound (16 oz) of any indoor flower on the full list.
2. Place your order. Name, telephone, address and how you would prefer to pay. Nothing is collected online.
3. Take our call. An Operator confirms the stock and the price, then arranges payment and delivery with you.
4. Receive it. In some cities a Local Representative hands the order over. Elsewhere it goes by carrier once payment is settled. The carrier, the packing and the timing are agreed on the call, not promised in advance on a web page.

Whoever hands over the flower may ask for photo identification or a signature from someone 21 or older.

“Dispensary near me” is a different shop

A dispensary is a state-licensed marijuana store. It sells marijuana flower under its state’s program, and only in the states that have one: about 24 states and D.C. allow adult use, by the National Conference of State Legislatures’ count (NCSL, June 2025). We are not a dispensary. We sell hemp THCA flower under the federal hemp definition (7 U.S.C. 1639o).

Before you order

• Your state’s law. Some states ban THCA or smokable hemp flower. We do not block any state, so the check is yours to make.
• Dec. 11, 2026. From that date federal law counts THCA toward total THC (P.L. 119-37, sec. 781), high-THCA flower becomes marijuana under federal law, and we stop selling it. Orders for it that are not yet confirmed are cancelled.
• Age. Adults 21 and over only.
